Dr. Dallal Abdelsayed, MD

I have used Dr Abdelsayed for several years and I would highly reccomend her to everyone I know. She really listens to me. She explains her plan of treatment and what I can expect. I will continue to use her as my primary care doctor as long as she remains in practice.

Not good talking down to me. Didn’t listen.I went 1 time and never again. This doctor has a problem and needs help.we are all human but don’t take your anger out on me. I was only looking for a closer pcp doc that is not in a large corporation system and explained this. the doctor literally stated things I didn’t say.I’m polite and patient it took a while to be seen. Regardless of anything else she didn’t accept outside medical records and had no idea about my condition.if she did , didn’t offer to help treat it .worst thing is her office ( I looked into it) put my number in for some “ help center” instead of just stating she doesn’t help manage endocrine disorder see a specialist. Most people have a primary care then go to specialist as needed. This doctor was very unprofessional and not knowledgeable with my condition so made a false statement. Luckily I found a good primary care doctor quickly and got help because I had not been feeling well. They figured the problem

Dr Abdelsayed and her staff always make me feel welcomed. Once my cholesterol medicine became too expensive and Dr. Dallal's office caught that and called to tell me they were changing the script so I could afford it.

I, as well as my family and MOST of my friends have been treating with Dr. D since she FIRST came to Highlands. She has always been courteous, helpful, caring and willing to listen when I visit.

I went to refill my diet pills and told the nurse as well as the Dr that I needed the capsules and not the tablets because I get terrible headaches. Went to fill my prescription and I get home and it was tablets. The Dr office did not help me resolve this issue at all and I wasted money filling meds that I can't take. No one was helpful and never got a phone call back like I was told I would get. So disappointed in their customer service.

She refuses to give you your prescriptions if you refuse to use her out of network facility's. I got a bill for over 10,000 dollars for a 180.00 procedure. She is very condescending & self righteous.
