We waited in the telehealth lobby for almost 2 hours. When we called the office their call center said they would try to reach them, put us on hold for 38 minutes while we waited, and then they hung up on us. This appointment was given to us because our doctor said it was urgent to see her. In less than 24 hours we were told they had overbooked our doctor and setting an appointment with Dr. Velez Velez who never showed. Now we have to reschedule and wait even longer to learn about the urgent information we need to know. I don't know who dropped the ball but the doctor, the office and their staff do a disservice to all their patients and their profession by allowing this to happen.
