Dr. Daina Roberson, MD

Took my kids to her as our corner pediatrician retired. She was very thorough and kind.

Dr. Roberson gets 2 stars because she was on time. That is the ONLY positive thing that I have to say about this visit.She didn't ask any questions. She seemed to resent me asking questions. She seemed disinterestin.She has poor reviews but I didn't read them until after my visit.I was looking for a new GP. Unfortunately Dr. Roberson will not be it.

I was trying find a new doctor since my old one left the practice, so since she was in that same practice, I chose Dr. Roberson. She was a complete disappointment. She couldn't have been more disinterested in me or my health. She barely took her eyes off of the computer to acknowledge me. The replies she did give to me were completely flippant and disregarding. She cared nothing about any new or old ailments and gave me the feeling that she would rather be anywhere else than there with me. Needless to say I am still looking for a new doctor.

Great! I love her and her team. No complaints.

Doctor and staff are caring, effiencient, compassionate...overall great experience every time I have an appointment.

I've always had excellent experiences when visiting Dr. Roberson- starting with the registration staff, esp. Barbara, the MAs and Dr. Roberson. MAs are friendly and professional. I have never had to wait for Dr. Roberson after my vitals are taken. She is friendly, patient and accommodating, even when I ask her about issues that have nothing to do with the reason for my visit. The team follows-up with me timely after test results. I have referred several friends and even my employees to Dr. Roberson and they have all expressed appreciation for the referral continue to see her. I have friends who are seniors like me and they see her as well as their children and grandchildren. Great Doc!!!

It's been awhile since I had Dr Roberson as my PCP. She was very empathic. It felt very genuine. I saw a few other doctors and P.A's there, who only seemed to be interested in rushing me out instead of listening to what was wrong. Dr Roberson was nothing like that. If you need a Dr with integrity and a willing heart for service, then I suggest her.

My adult daughter with ADD has been trying to get her ADD meds for over a month now. She had given up because her medications were constantly being denied because Dr Roberson wasn’t sending them the information they were requesting. I spoke with Dr Roberson two weeks ago. She lied to me blaming my daughter for giving her incorrect information. She told me TWO WEEKS AGO that she was sending the information that day. After calling insurance today, they said they just received the requested form yesterday, but it was still missing information. Do not waste your time going to Dr. Diana Roberson. I have complained to the Franciscan Health and their response was that they have many other doctors to choose from. No help at all. Is no one held accountable?

Extremely unorganized, doesn’t respect peoples time, makes getting a prescription refill impossible, staff and dr very rude. There’s been times I’d call for a refill and they forget about it.
