Dr. Da-Shu Jiang, MD

I couldn't even get past the front office staff for Dr Jiang. The office called me to schedule an appointment (which I was told by another staff member we already had an appointment). She proceeded to tell me that staff member who made our appointment was fired (again, how rude to share that about your own staff) and now we had to make another one and they were very booked. Then she proceeded to tell me we would owe our deductible which again was not true. She literally argued with me about my own benefits!! I tried to explain that she called the wrong number to verify benefits and when I provided the correct number she told me she did not have time to call and re-verify. Guess what, patience come first and the staff clearly has not been trained on that. So sad because my daughter really does need to see a Rheumatologist. If the staff is this rude, my guess is the Doctor is no better.

I had an emergency situation as i had a huge skin abscess on my right buttock. Dr. Jiang had me on the surgery table the next morning. She did an absolutely flawless job. I had a cavity the size of a softball, but the wound is healing very quickly, and it's incredibly clean. Her bedside manner was fabulous. She carefully and clearly explained what i was dealing with and what i could expect. I'm endlessly grateful that she was my surgeon. She has my full endorsement and recommendation. She's an incredible doctor and surgeon. Thank you Dr. Jiang!

Dr. Jiang did almost the impossible when it came to my situation and I had full confidence in Dr. Jiang and her team. She is an amazing surgeon and dedicated to her patience well-being. She stopped by all 7 days that I was in the hospital and even twice on a few occasions. I would highly recommend her for the most difficult of procedures due to her skill and demeanor. She saved my life and I cannot be thank her enough.

I had no issues scheduling an appointment and was seen very quickly. Dr. Jiang was professional and did a great job explaining things. My surgery went great. I would highly recommend her.

I only have fantastic things to say about Dr. Jiang. She listens and has fantastic bed side manner. I will be getting my second surgery with her and she has been for informative every step of the way.

I called and asked for an appointment and the receptionist said she would email me the paperwork. The next day I called to follow up on the email and the receptionist told me: "I do other things here - like answer the phones, help patients, and do more stuff." It took several days to get the paperwork, nevertheless, I called an another office. I even saw another doctor! Today has been two weeks since talking to the busy receptionist - and she called to schedule an appointment!! TWO WEEKS ! Wow!

Great surgeon with outstanding bedside manner.

I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Jiang and her staff, they are all courteous, caring and highly professional. She is very detailed and explained everything. she is an excellent surgeon.

Worst bed side mannor, does not know what she is doing , would not let my dog be opperated on by her. Run run run Worst dr at medical city

Dr. Da-Shu Jiang did surgery on a friend of mine and we are both completely very satisfied with the results. She is a complete professional and is with the patient through out the entire process. I highly recommend her. She has great bedside manners and is very knowledgeable.
