changed my mind completely !
Dr Cyrus, went out of his way to expedite my sister Lucy's visit with a specialist and we were so lucky! My visit was only for a few days and I was able to (with my other sister )provide the specialist with insightful details about Lucy she may not have been able to have. Dr Cyrus was brief in his visit but made calls in our behalf and is a compassionate and empathetic physician. I am very pleased to have made his acquaintance and I would recommend him to anyone ! I am a registered nurse and have dealt with physicians throughout my career of over 25 years in San Diego and the Central Coast and I ration my starts carefully! butI do give 5 stars to Dr Cyrus for his care of my sister Lucy.

Seasonal allergies, impacted cerumen in ears, rhinitis, . Dr. Torchinsky is thorough, uses latest equipment, and I highly recommend this ENT. Has been helpful with sinus and allergy concerns, & the practice has on-site hearing center for testing.

Dr. Torchinsky is very knowledgeable and communicates well with his patients. However, my wait time was 30 minutes and once I got in to see him I felt like I was being rushed through my exam. Perhaps the scheduling staff could do a better job of allowing more time for each patient. I would definitely recommend Dr. Torchinsky as an ENT doctor to my friends and family.

I went to see Dr. Torchinsky because I was suffering from head and ear ache. However, he noticed a rash on my left temple and diagnosed facial shingles which proved correct. He continued to treat me with appropriate shingles medicine and also referred me to an eye specialist to check any damage to the left eye. He was most attentive and his fast action probably saved me from a full attack of the virus. I was very impressed with the doctor and his staff.

Stephanie at Dr. Torchinsky office is horrible & should not be an "upfront person". I got a voicemail notification to come to see Dr. Torchinsky & when we came to the office we were told that it was a computer glitch and you have no appointment. "It happens all the time. It is not our fault" - it was the answer by Stephanie. No "we are very sorry" or "we will make sure it would never happen again". I'm an 80-year old woman and it is not easy for me to get ready to go to a doctor. :-(
