I'm in so much pain and he couldn't have been more cold and uninterested. He rushed through my appointment and wouldn't listen to me at all. Had to try to talk to nurse for further explanation who was just as uninterested. Now I'm in such worse pain a couple days later.

I had a very pleasant visit with Dr. Mahood who is kind and respectful. I felt that he listened intently to my concerns and the reasons for my visit. He's patient and soft spoken, taking time to explain each step of a simple inspection of my throat, making sure that I knew what was happening and how it would feel. My visit to see Dr. Mahood was quick and painless, taking all of about 30 minutes from the time I walked in to the building. I would definitely recommend his services.

He seemed to be uninterested in addressing my mother's issues. He did a very rushed check of her ears, nose and throat. I felt like we had to pull teeth to get him to say anything or show interest. We felt rushed and he wasn't listening to our concerns. He seemed to make light of a medication not working for my mom and offered no other options and later an RN and Dr informed us that there were other medications that could help curb the symptom. Did not provide much information. Unsatisfactory
