Ordered to many test, incompetent office staff
I liked the doctor she seemed to care but she ordered to many labs, about blood 35 test, some I had done recently. I refused to get 13 tubes of blood drawn for duplicate labs for no reason and I could'nt get them to correct the problem. I had told her I quit going to the VA over excessive testing and then she did it worse than the VA. Also, I have been dealing with positional vertigo for about 3 weeks waiting on a good ENT referral and they have never fixed that either. Seems the office staff is incompetent. After calling numerous times I have given up on this doctor to help me.

I was charged for $125 prolonged office visit on top of $85 outpatient visit and $140 for a Pap smear. Called the office to dispute the charges office manager Cynthia was very rude, not sympathetic at all. She said the doctor must have spent more than 15 min. with me but being in health care myself that 15 min should be a direct face to face visit not counting the procedure. I definitely didn’t meet the threshold time for billing prolonged services. What is prolonged ? their wait times. Beware!

Dr. The was very accommodating during my appointment. She is especially concern with my health after a recent death of my husband. She also encouraged me to take care of myself and offered her assistance whenever I need to contact her.
