Dr. Cynthia Sison, MD

She was the only doctor available for a fast appointment as always. She treated me like any questions I had were stupid. She always has the longest wait times but once you get in the room with her she takes 2 minutes to address things and leaves.

I honestly think I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Dr. Sison is rude. I have only seen her twice and I will NEVER take one of my children to her again. In the two times I have seen her, she was cold towards my son and she never put a hand on him. I'm not sure how she expects to assess a patient without even touching them. She argues with you as the patient or as the guardian of the patient. She questions the decisions of other doctors and puts them down. I have never had a worse experience than with this doctor. I truly don't know how she is still practicing. Also, she speaks so loudly that I'm sure everyone in the office can hear my business. The first time I saw her, she asked all about my delivery, which is none of her business, and it was so loud, that I'm sure every person who was there knew my birth story too. Horrible pediatrician.

During my appointment, she was very demanding, blunt, and disrespectful. When asked a legitimate question, she cut me off and gave a smug answer and when I asked for more details, she just barked the same answer. For a reflex test, she unnecessarily told me to remove my pants, and then afterwards blamed that I was stiff during the examination. During my previous visits, she has not been noticeably unpleasant, but this visit made me and my father very upset.

She cut me off after asking me a question. She was not very welcoming or warm to my daughter (the patient). Overall I am extremely unhappy with her demeanor and lack of truly answering questions or even explaining what she thought was going on with my daughter.
