I was very disappointed in the bed-side manner (or lack thereof) provided by Dr. Shen. While she certainly knows medicine and is an expert in her field, she exhibited no empathy when dealing with my family and a very difficult situation. Working in health care, I am familiar in dealing with sensitive cases related to the family and friends of others. I was very disappointed in Dr .Shen's perceived lack of sympathy for my family. I would not recommend her to care for any of my other friends or family.
