Difficult to make an appointment
My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Schaeffer 2 months ago. I’ve been calling every week to make an appointment. No luck. I wait till it puts me in voicemail, but it’s too full to except new ones. So I try back and still the same for 2 months. I’ll call my primary doctor to refer me to another doctor. I suggest hiring more staff or customer/appointment service.

I give up. Today I’ve been on hold for 15 solid mins with Cynthia Schaeffer Gastroenrerologist office. She has too many offices, and either too few or lousy staff. I have bad gut ache and BLACK stools!! Told them this when I called! It didn’t matter, I finally hung up. I’m writing her a personal letter suggesting she hire a customer service consultant before she loses more patients! This review is going every place I can post it. Talking to her staff about it AND to her is like talking to the deaf! Anyone want to bet the staffer I told of my urgent symptoms doesn’t bother to call back either! SAD I liked her personally but she is a lousy business manager and her patient care protocols are non existent. PS I used to run a private 35 bed hospital. And even after that I just have Ave expectations!!!
