Dr. Ruperts office is unprofessional and does NOT CARE about you. The office staff are bullies. They hung up on me while I was talking. They are unwilling to work with you. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

She did 2 surgeries. Both of them I was pleased with. One was my shoulder. I have always been told that I have rotator cuff problems. She didn’t fix that. She did the distal clavicle excision. That went really well. I wish she would take a look at the rotator cuff because I’m in so much pain. I have been told that I should just go to the other doctor and get injections but I’m told not to do many of those. Like i said, she did great on the 2 surgeries I’ve had. Very pleased but I really wish she would take a look at my shoulder. I have pain and popping.

Dr. Rubert has performed two surgeries on me in the last 10 years. The first was orthoscopic on my left wrist in 2011 removing bone fragments from a fracture. The second was a total knee replacement January 2021. Both times Dr. Rubert was very successful in her surgical procedures with excellent results. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise in this area is highly commendable. I would strongly recommend her for any orthopedic needs you might have. She will explain exactly what she will do, and will give you the comfort level you need to give you back the quality of life you deserve.

I’ve been going to her office every month since December 2018 and have never had any issues. Have been treated with dignity and respect. Love Dr Rubert and all her staff in the office and hospital.

What a mess this was. After the initial check up which made no sense considering my ailment I was supposed get a brace(which I promise I didn’t need) I didn’t hear from these people for months. When they finally called I said I was not interested anymore. Now they are billing me for absolutely doing nothing and sending me to collections. Steer clear.

Wend to her Prudenville office in January for a torn ACL. After it taking a month to get them to read my MRI they sent me to PT for 6 weeks and put me in an ACL brace. After therapy it took almost 2 months to get another appointment. Was told I needed my ACL repaired, which Rubert DOESN'T DO AND NEVER TOLD ME! Took over a month to get them to send my medical records and referral to another surgeon. Almost 6 months later I am still in a brace and still in pain. Don't waste your time here.

Dr.Rubert is a phenomenal Dr. & Surgeon. She has performed both carpal tunnel surgery, & a very intricate bunion ectomy on me, with fantastic results. Her & her whole staff have a great bedside manner, & all are genuinely concerned & caring. She will be doing a full knee replacement on me the end of February. Would highly recommend this wonderful Dr.

Dr.Rubert is a very good doctor. She is kind, caring, doesn't rush, makes sure all questions are answered. Always a smile on her face. She has done 5 surgeries on my husband and he will go no where else.

I love Dr Rubert to pieces but lately it is gettin harder to get into see her. I have burtsitus in my shoulder had an MRI on the third found out the results on the 7th was call and told I needed a shot and PT the earliest I can get in is the 27 I have been in discomfort for over two months I even went to the emergency room because I was in so much pain I was sick to my stomach! Dr Rubert would not tolerate this! I still don't know any thing about when I,m starting PT

She is the best of the best! Greatest bedside manor in the world! Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Being a professional athlete she will always Be My choice! Will Be able to get back to competition Well before expectations. Great job Doc
