She’s on call Saturday July 2nd, 2022 so she called me after I spoke to the answering service. She hung up on me! I called her back yes I did when I called her out! She’s busy. Then she tells me my problem is not an issue go to the drugstore. What?!?!?! Let me remind her she’s supposedly a dr. who took an oath to help others. I will be contacting Dr. Vander Vennett, Kathy Miller office reporting her nasty, unprofessionalism. Many woman I know go to that office. It’s a matter of time before her nasty attitude has us ALL looking for a new doctor. Take heed don’t ever need help when the office is closed.

Dr. Ronan is an attentive, thorough doctor. She is very professional. I have been going to her for a number of years and would recommend her!

The front staff is horrendous. They have sent my mother’s referral to the wrong number numerous times, and gave her attitude. Mind you she has cancer and needs to go see an oncologist that they cannot seem to get the referral to. Nightmare

Although Ronan is good, the front desk is refusing to assist in releasing my daughter’s medical records . They are very rude and I have filed a complaint with hhs.gov since they are in violation of patient’s rights. I cannot have a doctor who uses an unprofessional and rude staff. It won’t work for me.

I have had great experience with Dr. Ronan since my first pregnancy. She will be delivering my second one in couple weeks. Always open to any questions and concerns without rushing.

Dr. Ronan is a great doctor! But the staff is very rude, always have an attitude, and are inconsiderate.

Doctor Ronan is fantastic! She is very attentive to her patients and listens when you have questions. I've spent a good bit of time during my appointments discussing my current issues and what impact they can have on my future. A+ to her! The office staff, however, leaves a lot to be desired. The ladies on the phone can be rude, and they're just as rude in-office. Even worse is they loudly talk on the phone and leave the slider open so anyone in the waiting room can hear test results.

C. Ronan, MD herself is a good doctor. However, the office staff is really nasty, rude and inconsiderate. All they care about is money and they will cancel your appointment even if you owe $10 and don't pay right away.

Dr. Ronan is a good doctor until a patients inability to pay becomes an issue. When it comes to money the office staff is horrible to deal with.

Dr. Ronan delivered my siblings (4) and my my SO siblings (4) and myself she will be delivering my baby boy in October she is very trustworthy and just an amazing Dr. all around she makes you feel comfortable and she is very helpful!

Dr. Ronan is such an amazing doctor. She recently delivered my baby boy, throughout my entire pregnancy she was supportive, knowledgable and very funny! She really cares about her patients, and that is what matters most! Many people complain about the wait times in her office, I too, would find myself watching the clock at some appointments... this is until I realized that she didn't over book appointments, she was often times at the hospital, bringing life into this world. She's the best!

Excellent service and she's an excellent doctor.. I will never change from going there
