I always recommend Dr. Pinson
Dr. Pinson became my mother’s provider after my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Dr. Pinson’s kindness & compassionate palliative care was exactly what we all needed. Quality of life, visiting with family, and keeping our mother comfortable were the goals. Dr. Pinson & staff provided that!

I care for a 96 year old woman 24/7 and she suffers from severe hip pain, from being crippled at birth. I give her pain meds like the RX bottle prescribed and on the day it supposed to be refilled I have to call and explain why she ran out of pain meds, the medication is taken like it is prescribed but the nurse wants to question why she has ran out. Very unprofessional! Very disappointed in the concern they have for my elderly life long friend!!!

Very disappointed in the care my grandparents received. My grandmother was abruptly discontinued on her pain medication and told to use biofreeze. Also her anti depressants medication was abruptly decreased causing anxiety. Decision by the family to take her back to family doctor. Very disappointed in this care. I do not recommend.

Our family was frustrated by the care of our parents. Our Dad just passed away a week ago. I had called the office for someone to come out earlier than his app't the next week. The response was there was no one in the area for the next several days. They suggested if he was really bad call an ambulance! While he was not going to get better they could have sent someone out to check on him. The office staff improved over the last few months & for RX refills you have to call & talk to a nurse.

Don't try calling in a prescription from the pharmacy to their office. I've been trying to get a refill for my mother for close to a month and keep hearing the same thing of them not hearing from the doctor! Pitiful excuse for a physician!

Horrible!!! My mother has received extremely poor care from Dr. Pinson as well as her staff of nurse practitioners (which is who she mainly sees). She's been told to "just deal with" pain and has been ignored on many issues. I've tried to call this doctor to discuss issues and never get calls returned. Beware!! I'd seek help elsewhere. Read other reviews...I'm not the only one with complaints. Terrible excuse for a doctor!!!
