Excellent Physician and nonexistent front office
Dr Holmes is an excellent health provider but her front office consists of an answering service that may or may not return my calls. Her Sullivan's Island Office has a strange relationship with Durst Family Medicine. She advertises their number on her website but Durst doe not, in fact, serve as her receptionist. She insists they are her backup and they insist they are not. It is really a pain in the neck and, after 13 years and once again getting the runaround, am ready to change to another doctor. Have been trying to get a prescription refilled and it is almost impossible!!!!
