Cancer survivor
I was diagnosed with cancer by my oncologist in Chillicothe. Then i was told to wait weeks on surgery until Dr. Go was available. My oncologist said she is worth the wait. . She treated me like a person. Gave me a full explanation of what to expect, honest and kind. THANKS Dr. Go

Horrible bedside manner. Essentially told me I would have to find another doctor as she didn’t know what was wrong w me, I was hoping she might help facilitate this recommendation but she left me to do all on my own. Not even a recommendation. Clinically pretty good but definitely not worth the trouble when there are so many others more qualified

I was referred to Dr. Go by my primary doctor. I set up the appt. but unfortunately on the way there my car broke down. I immediately called the receptionist and told her my situation, she told me that I will be charged a 25.00 no show fee. I understand charging patients to repeatedly dont show up for appts., but this was beyond my control. Dr Go has lost a patient, and I will be telling my referring doctor to not send anyone else.

Dr. Go is a very personal and caring Dr. She gave my 97 yr old mom excellent care and made her feel very comfortable. Mom is somewhat Wheelchair bound and Dr. Go adapted her procedures to help mom . Her quality of service and pleasant personality is outstanding. Dr. Go also explained to us everything that was happening and answered our questions and concerns in a kind, professional way. Her office is clean, great staff, with up to date magazines (a sign that a Dr. Cares about patients) .Great

You never want to need surgery, but I would go back to Dr. Go any time. Good explanation of the process, answered all questions, and exceeded all expectations. I was very comfortable having her perform my surgery.

Yes, Dr. Go is a very competent audiology physician. She studied my previous hearing test results before I arrived, and was ready to suggest the game plan for my next hearing test right away.

I suffered severe trauma to my nose and sinus area. My nose was mush and pushed to one side and the frontal area of my sinus cavity was caved in. It would be an understatement to say that Dr. Go put me back together but that's exactly what she did because my skull and nose were a mess. With four titanium plates she managed to put everything back in its proper place and made my nose look like a nose again. Further evidence of her skill is that after all that, there is no visible scar.

Dr. Go is a very compassionate doctor who took time to correctly diagnose my problem and provide with the correct treatment. I have seen numerous other doctors who didn't know what was wrong with me. I'm finally feeling well and glad I went to Dr. Go. She was so kind to me!

Not only did the DR. CINDY GO MISDIAGNOSE me, she was very cold and insensitive. She diagnosed me with an ear infection and a blister in my eardrum. Five days later I was still in extreme pain even with the antibiotics she prescribed..turns out went to get a second opinion, and I was then correctly diagnosed with SHINGLES IN MY EAR!! They immediately changed the antibiotics and put me on steroids, and a day later, I feel better already. I would never trust Dr. Go with my hearing again.

Dr. Go is an outstanding ENT diagnostician and surgeon. She diagnosed two separate conditions quickly and accurately. She later performed a surgery to remedy one of the conditions. Everything went exactly as planned and my quality of life has increased measurably as a result. She takes as much time as needed, listens carefully, and provides compassionate, no-nonsense advice. Highly recommended!
