Average wait time is between 1 and 3 hours. You can't talk to her staff directly. They have it rigged so that you have to go through a third person who can only take messages. Even when it is urgent there is a month wait for an appointment. You almost never get a call back. I called this morning for my Mom who just got out of the hospital and they have not called me back to even make an appointment. The hospital called them and they told her that Dr. C was not her primary doctor. My Mom has been seeing Dr. C for at least 30 years. This by far the worst I have ever seen a doctors office run.

Dr. Cummings listens to what you have to say and never hurries you, even if she's running a bit behind. She is very up to date knowledgeable and never hesitates to refer you to a specialist, when needed.I have been her patient over 25 years and she has never disappointed me. She provides excellent medical information if you want to know more about any illness or diseases you may have.
