Horrible customer service from this physicians office. I called to confirm my appointment a week in advance. The receptionist couldn't find me on the schedule (made 6 months ago). She searched for me by my birthdate and found my appointment a week later and explains the Dr. decided to go on vacation next week and all of her clients were bumped. I responded that I am unable to come on that day due to meetings (I am a director at an institution and can't just take off due to my responsibilities.) She found a date 3 days from today, on which I have a full day of meetings and am again, unavailable. This is why I book into the future. I asked why I was not called and was irresponsibly rescheduled to a different date without first checking with me. The receptionist apologized and said that I should have been called then offered me a date in May - 8 months after my initial call. I informed her that I would not be seeking services from them now or in the future and hung up.
