Dr. Curtis Storm, MD

Moving to the area a year ago, I first with themchose a doctor based on geography. He was OK, but seemed more reactive than proactive. Within a couple weeks of my first appt with Dr Storm, he referred me to several specialists to tend to other issues. I was contacted by each of them within 2 weeks and have been as impressed as I am with Dr Storm himself. He hears my complaints and asks defining questions. He will suggest a possibly remedy I can do myself instead of immediately give me a pill. Definitely proactive. I like his style and feel well cared for. Good choice.

Dr. Storm is easy to talk to and seems very thorough. I have nothing negative to say about his care. The office staff, however, has been disappointing. About 6 months ago I was to be scheduled to see a specialist. The office never gave the referral to the ENT until I had reminded them 4 times. This past week, I was seen in the office. Dr. ordered stat scans, they were performed, and the results were sent to the office at 1023 a.m. I called the office twice to find out the results and explained that there must be some urgency as they were ordered stat. I did not receive a return call. Additionally, in between my 2 voicemails asking for results, I received a call from the back office giving me lab results. So, I asked about the stat CT results. I was told "I do not handle that. Those get faxed to the office manager." I asked for her help getting the results and was told "I do not do that, I handle the lab results." The staff needs to do better. I'm not sure I will allow a 3rd strike

Dr Storm is everything I want in a doctor. He is very professional, kind and takes time to listen to you. You don’t feel rushed. He explores all options to help you and I can feel he is sincere... just like I am a sister or an aunt or any family member. In all my years in Jacksonville (11 years) I finally found my kind doctor. Thank you Dr Storm.

Dr Storm listens to his patients and families. He has empathy, he is caring, kind and an excellent physician. I highly recommend him to anybody that has multiple medical problems.

My experience is that Dr. Storm is an excellent Family Medicine physician. He listens and discusses all options for treatment. I find it easy to get an appointment, the treatment is always professional and appropriate. I never feel he doesn't spend enough time with my medical issues. Dr. Storm's team, to a person is excellent and I find that exceptional in today's health care. I highly recommend Dr. Storm.

I'm not an easy patient.. I'm a doc...Nobody wants a doc as a pt. but Dr.Storm was kind, polite, informative, and easy to talk to. The staff as well were amazing. They were very understanding and tried to accommodate my tight schedule. I will be seeing Dr.Storm for the rest of my life.. I'm very happy.

Dr. Storm and his entire staff are second to none. I have seen plenty of Doctors throughout the US thanks to the Navy and I have never been happier. He listens and pays attention to detail. Great Professional.

Dr. Storm will take the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the tests that you had done. I had xrays, ct scans, blood tests and ultrasounds and Dr. Storm spoke in my language and patiently answered every novice question I asked to my full satisfaction. Larry K.

I've been to Dr. Storm twice with the same issue and he hasn't done anything. I felt rushed, and like all of my problems were being ignored. I will not be returning.

I had my annual check up with Dr. Storm August 2016. He was very thorough and I did not feel rushed. He did not talk down to me and respected my concerns and opinions. He really listens to your concerns. I would strongly recommend Dr Storm for a PCP.
