Good Experience
Dr. Stites was informative and encouraged me to take necessary basic steps to prevent any further ear issues. I plan to return for further testing in the near future!I rate my first experience 5 stars and will edit if need be.

Monopoly
He’s the only provider in the area…that has to be the only reason he’s in business still. He doesn’t listen, or do any sort of ‘digging’ to try and find the cause of issue's. Does the bare minimum, refers you for other testing in his office then doesn't review that testing. He really is not in the business of caring for people. He’s just on autopilot all the way to the bank.

Doesn't listen
Was referred to him by the VA. Told him of not being able to swallow food. It had only happened twice at this time. He didn't respond at all. He informed me I need to see a surgeon, but failed to include that in the report sent to the VA. He didn't listen when I told him the VA would only pay for 14 days of a prescription, he wrote it for 30 days. Frankly he just did listen to anything I was trying to tell him. Do not use this doctor he will not listen to you.
