Long wait for a very short visit.
Even with an appointment, I waited over 40 minutes before seeing the doctor. When he did show up, he spent less than 5 minutes with me as a first time patient and was done. I was not impressed by my first visit and I'm unsure if I will return.

Looked in my throat for a few seconds, quickly diagnosed with Reflux (which I don't have) and charged me $110 ( I have insurance) for the Special equipment used for the bogus reflux diagnosis. Would not recommend.

The experience was fantastic. Great physician with wonderful patient interaction. Spent plenty of time explaining my viral infection, examining and diagnosing me and setting up a plan to get me voice back to normal. I would highly recommend Dr. Emmer to anyone seek a qualified and caring ENT doctor.

I find it impossible to get him to answer my auestions or spend any time going over my concerns, the reasons I went in. He’s polite but not helpfulat all in helping me understand my issues.

Appointments were never on time. Charge for office visit is higher than other doctors. Staff was not helpful on billing. Office visit was 2 minutes before he asked me to speak to a nurse to answer my questions.

My husband has been a pt of Dr. Emmer for thyroid cancer and this was not a straightforward case it was quite an usual one to be exact. From the moment we met Dr. Emmer Oct 2017 to now I can honestly say his guidance,professionalism, communication,kindness and honesty have been more than we could’ve asked for. He Truly understands his patients needs(We feel very comfortable with our plan of care and plan of action) we are very thankful & blessed we found him!

I am a physician myself. Dr. Emmer was so professional, knowledgeable, and his decision making and recommendations were spot on. He saved me from a prior advised surgery and I can say he is more than excellent in every way possible. He is very gentle and concerned to not create discomfort in a procedure as well.

Dr. Emmer is great. He spends enough time with you to make sure you actually understand everything before you leave. Very knowledgeable about what he does and is willing to explain things. Very friendly. His nurse and staff are great as well.

Dr. Emmer's the best of the best when it comes to Ear, Nose and Throat. He operated my daughter from her adenoids and put tubes in her ears. A lot of respect for him ever since. On top of which, he's a super nice guy. He's always taken good care of my whole family. His whole staff is superb. Makes you want to come back, always.

I must say it was a wonderful experience from first entering the door. The staff was lovely. His assistant was very patient and Dr. Emmer was amazing. My husband was in so much pain, he couldn't stand it. Dr found the problem took care of it right in the office and was so pleasant and knowledgable. Very professionl, intellegant man. We had gone to him once before with the same pleasant outcome. Just fantastic!!!

I liked how quickly i could get into the office scheduling and the office was very clean and professional looking . But what I really liked was the knowledge and the recommendation Dr. Emmer had for me and my breathing issue, issue with left nostril, i had a rhinoplasty done incorrectly by another doctor in the area and I had wished i could have met Dr. Emmer sooner so that i didnt have to go thru the trouble of getting surgery done twice. I would highly recommend. Thanks to him !!!

Dr Emmer went above & beyond with my anxious 16 year old son, spending generous amounts of time explaining pre & post surg expectations with a relatable sense of witty humor. This doctor clearly has confidence and the experience to back it up, which is what a mother wants to see when interviewing a surgeon for her child.
