I have had the opportunity to have Dr Curtis Dunshee participant on my health issues. His performance on my Biopsy was very smooth and so very courteous the procedure. And the follow up was presented full of information about my situation. And let both myself and him make plan for the treatment to follow.Never at the age of 73 have I felt so comfortable with a Doctor.

Doctor is great at making sure the patient understands the procedure. He also ran several tests and found an infection I did not know about and delayed the Urolift procedure until that was clear. Ran a scope and biopsy of the tissue to ensure no cancer. He said that I would hate him for two weeks after the procedure but I did not experience any serious pain or issues. Blood was absent from urine after 2 days and I started to get out for a short drive in three days. Went out to a photoshoot 6 days after the procedure. I attribute this to the skill of Dr. Curtis Dunshee. His office staff are personable and Jenna Bumgardner PA-C is excellent as well. She ordered a PSA test before the next follow-up to be sure the level is constant. It took a while to find the right doctor but Health Grades made that possible. I would recommend Dr. Curtis Dunshee with condition or reservation.

I have been seeing Dr. Dunshee for over six years. He is a very skilled urologist; excellent with cystoscopes, prostate biopsy, genitourinary surgery etc. He is very conservative with recommending procedures; he will not do a procedure just to be doing one. He gives the patient choices, but doesn’t push one or the other. I highly recommend him.
