He is good with emergency’s but doesn’t return calls and left me hanging for a week as I passed a stone on my own. Seems to not like Medicare and AARP insurance???

I went to Dr. Crylen because of an elevated PSA. He performed a prostate biopsy and discovered that I had prostate cancer. He was amazingly helpful in advising me about a number of treatment options. My PSA is now too low to detect. He is extremely knowledgeable, positive, and caring. I can't recommend him highly enough.

When I first saw Dr. Crylen a few months ago, I was very embarrassed about OAB problems. He, his MA, & all of his front office staff were very kind & put me at ease immediately. I had been afraid to schedule the appointment due to embarrassment, but the front office could not have been more gracious & helped so much to let me know how common this problem was. After 3-4 visits, I feel very comfortable with him now & with his recommendations & treatment. Highly recommend him; he's the best.

Dr. Crylen was very knowledgeable, professional, kind and is a top notch physician. My surgery was done without any complications or problems. I am now healing and feeling really good. What a positive experience it turned out to be because it started out with a stressful diagnosis.
