Just amazed at the professionalism, genuine concern and most important, that she really listens.

I avoid going to the doctor but at 68 I had to find a new doctor and found Dr. Tank. Dr Tank cares about the entire patient and is keeping me on my toes so to speak. So happy to have found her.

I agree with all of the other positive reviews of Dr. Tank. I am very comfortable with her. I trust her. She is highly professional, easy to talk to about health issues, and will offer information about other medical specialists if needed.

Dr. Tank takes her time with each patient. My wife doesn't speak much English so there is always ample time for translating. She has a list of specialists that she will refer to and each one has been very qualified.

Dr. Tank spent quality time going over my concerns. She does not rush to send me to specialists but works with me to figure out my needs.

Dr. Tank does not rush you during the appointment. She answers all my questions. Very approachable; caring; offers solutions to health issues.

Dr. Tank is an excellent physician. She listens to you and works collaboratively for the best outcomes. She considers all factors when making decisions. She is simply provides stellar care.

Dr. Tank make sure all your questions are answers , address all your health concerns. She listens to all your questions and answers them I also use the portal and all my questions are address and answered within a day . They office clean and the staff is friendly & professional. When considering a primary definitely use Dr. Crystal Tank You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Tank took the time to explain that my medical issue was not serious but just to be sure she was going to recommend that I see specialist.

I had shoulder injury that did not need ER visit. But it took two weeks to get an appointment with Dr Tank. MRI was ordered but no plan for what to do afterwards as all appointments take very long time. Very disappointed with lack of caring and planning. Very difficult to reach her as she does not respond to calls for days

Doctor is welcoming, but she would not give me a medical exemption letter for mask wearing and the Covid vaccine. Even after giving multiple long explanations why I don’t want the vaccine or to wear a stupid face mask. Wearing a mask causes me to get sick, causes me anxiety and I cannot breathe while wearing one. If people are telling you that they have a problem with mask wearing or getting the vaccine, doctors should listen. This is the only reason I’m giving her 1 star

Dr. Tank is a good clinician. That's fine if you are healthy and have no other medical needs. a) If you need to refill meds, you must go through an automated system. It's the worst. You don't know if they called your pharmacy so you wait a day or two and call the pharmacy and 9 times out of 10, the pharmacy was never contacted. SO you go through the process again. Very inefficient and frustrating. b) I am currently sick with the flu or sinus infection. I took three rapid Covid tests, all negative. I called Dr. Tank's office to make appt and was told that until I got a PCR test I couldn't see her, even virtually. Was told that rapid tests have a high false negative rate. Another dr. told me that to have 3 false negatives would be rare. I explained that there are NO PCR tests right now due to the holidays and the shortage and I am sick so can't sit in urgent care for two hours. So I am out of luck. I will NEVER see this Dr. again or this practice. They are disgraceful.

This was my first visit with Dr. Tank and I found her to be thorough, professional and caring. She took her time to answer my questions and concerns and I would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a first-class health care provider.

Dr Tank is splendid to work with. I'm a new patient & she was exceedingly thorough & did not in any way rush my visit. It was a great experience overall. It was so easy to talk to her in a relaxed setting about any medical issues that have arisen. I am so very grateful to be her patient & I could not ask for more
