I’d highly recommend Dr.Nelson
I’ve been receiving treatments and have been very satisfied with them. Dr. Nelson has been very helpful since the first day we met. Any questions I have, we’re always answered by the Doctor. The staff has always been courteous and helpful whenever I may have needed them. I have only positive feedback on this Doctor. Sincerely,Dean Rosenberg Fayetteville Georgia

Best. Psychiatrist. Ever.
I'm always so impressed with Dr. Nelson after every appointment. She listens. She explains. She comforts. I've never met a doctor quite like her. She has helped me through many situations in my life, and I will continue to turn to her for help and advice. So blessed to have found her!

I was literally forgotten by Blueprint. And the prescription I was prescribed was not what I was told I would receive during my consult, which is highly concerning. After my 1st virtual appt (July 2020) I was told I would receive my Pharmacogenetic Testing kit in the mail & I never did. For the following 3 weeks after my 1st appt I called once a week to check the status. I was told each time that they would look into it but I was never given an explanation. I know everything is a mess due to the pandemic so I was honestly really patient. The day of my 1 month follow up I called the office to confirm b/c I hadn't received an email. I was told that appt was on the calendar for a date in Oct., not the beginning of Aug. like it had been scheduled. I was told I would receive a call back that day and here I am 2+ weeks later and nothing. No calls, no emails. I've run out of my prescription. Their stellar reviews must be fake. All blueprint cares about is $

There is no doubt that Dr. Nelson is a brilliant, personable psychiatrist. The problem is that she doesn't follow her own protocol for TMS treatment and is not available. This practice does not accept insurance except for Medicare. I told Dr Nelson that I was having medication problems and she said that something probably needed adjusting, but did nothing about it. She never saw me during treatment like I was told she would. My treatments were not tapered down like I was told they would be. I was also Dr Nelson told me that I would see her 30 days after my last treatment for possible maintenance TMS treatments to ensure that the results would last. I couldn't get an appointment until 72 days after my last treatment. Through my experience and everything I observed by being in her office 5 days a week for 7 weeks, it's pretty clear that the priority is money, not the patients' well being.

Dr. Nelson and her staff are truly amazing to say the least. Please do not let the initial fee scare you away. You can’t put a price on your mental and physical well-being. I’ve finally found a “home” here at this practice and I am so excited to see what the future holds. Please please PLEASE give them a try. You will not be let down.

Dr. Nelson is an amazing doctor.I have been to my fair share of doctors so I have the experience necessary to grade her care. She makes sure that everything with your personal care is her top priority and she explains your care in a way that you can easily understand. iI would recommend her over any Psychiatry office around.

I work with a PA but my prescriber is Dr. Nelson. I have had repeated issues with unsubmitted or incorrectly submitted prescriptions. I have been and am currently without medication as a result and have been attempting every option to contact the office with no response and no person answering calls. I will move providers but, unfortunately, have to rectify the latest errors first. I would not recommend working with any physician that allows this type of error to affect patient care.
