Dr. Hnatko is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. First time I saw her, while interacting with me, she was consuming her sandwich. I did find it a bit off. The second time, she forgot about me, and I spent about an hour waiting for her to enter the office. More importantly, however, she made a wrong diagnosis (rheumatoid arthritis instead of a herniated disk). Also, her preferred method of treatment is to download info from the internet, and send it to the patient. Frankly, I am surprised she is still in practice.
