Used to be good... what happened?
Dr. Egenolf used to be so caring and considerate that I was able to excuse how slow she was on refilling prescriptions and getting test results back. Now, she doesn't even have the caring attitude going for her! I don't know if it was the pandemic, the fact that she's aging, or what but there has been a drastic shift in her attitude and bedside manner. She no longer explains things thoroughly, doesn't seem to listen to complaints, and is dismissive. She's left me waiting for weeks to explain test results--and there were times I saw the results weeks in advance from Quest so I know they were available.

Liked her for first few appointments but has gone downhill. Myself and 2 other loved ones see her and all have similar issues. She leaves you waiting in the appointment room for 30+ minutes and brushes off your concerns. I had a health concern brushed off as “stress” for over a year. Does not respond to refill requests in a timely manner. I feel bad for the office staff who have to deal with numerous calls from frustrated patients and pharmacies who have been waiting days-week to get their chronic prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Would rather see her nurse practitioner as she listens to the patient and actually makes you feel like you have a say in your healthcare.

I have been a patient with dr. Egenolf for about 15 years. she was wonderful for many years but I noticed a downward trend with her since 2018. Now she is always late, doesn't listen, rushes you out the door. God forbid you mention alternative medicine or ask to further explain what she is saying. The appointment takers are very rude, so are the nurses. I only stayed at this practice because of dr. Egenolf, but I guess this is the end of the road for me. Will find a new practice.

I've been seeing Dr Egenolf for about 9yrs. She's personable, patient, and has a terrific current body of medical expertise. She listens and explains things well. I have nothing but the highest praise for her work. I now have a family of four, and all of us have Dr Egenolf as our PCP.
