I met the dr for the first time today Love his mannerism I was going somewhere else for my ankle and they sucked so I walked in to his office he saw me right away and wanted to know why I wasn’t in a brace he put me in a brace the ligament in my ankle is not good I may need surgery he referred me to a specialist in the office. He is a very concerned dr he wasted no time I do recommend him

Waited hour then left
Was on time and waited 60 minutes, no updates or information from front desk at Massapequa office. They do not respect a patient’s time. Don’t bother

Dr Ong took excellent care of my broken hip recently. My only difficulty has been calling his office for a prescription renewal for pain which he said he would do during my recent follow up appointment but for some reason forgot. I be called 4 times with no success due to his assistant being out sick. I’m in a lot of pain now, with no meds to help.

There are many facets of a doctor's office that make a big difference in any patient's care. Number one - office staff. The personnel at this front desk were smiley and helpful. The nurses were great. Dr. Ong is calm with an excellent bedside manner. He was a breath of fresh air after I had been to another office who couldn't bear to help us after they had made a huge scheduling mistake. Dr. Ong might be further from my house, but well worth the effort.
