I had a very very unpleasant experience with this Doctor . I was lectured ! . He ask me what “HE” should do for me , as if I owed some type of penalty. He ultimately did prescribe me what would be best for my health. But in all honesty left a very bad taste . I am very concerned and attentive to my health .Because of this doctor I will feel like I should be ashamed of myself and embarrassed to seek future professional medical care, which is very very reckless !!

Blood Pressure
Telehealth
I was fortunate to locate Dr Reich over 2 years ago. I had a serious BP issue which took him less than 30 days to satisfactorily resolve. I have a standing appointment every 90 days. He is never late. Very courteous. Willing to answer any questions. Explains his thoughts. Respectful of the patients time. I am a difficult person who takes there health seriously and I would highly recommend Dr Reich.

Trust these reviews!
Telehealth
I should've read these reviews beforehand and saved myself some money... I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Reich(ious) for something he knew he wasn't going to be able to help with, and instead of notifying me beforehand, he took my money & my call and said 'I can't help you' and we ended the call in less than a minute. Trust these reviews and steer clear!

Rushed and rude
Had an appointment for my 6 year old having an issue with his eye. Dr. Reich was late for the tele appointment and then came on and asked me what I thought was wrong. No greeting, just “what’s wrong?”. As I was explaining, he cut me off and just said he ordered a RX. No explanation, no additional info or questions answered, just ended the call. I felt extremely rushed and he was downright rude. Our entire call was under 30 seconds. Kind of ridiculous since he’s probably collecting $500 from my insurance. I do not recommend unless you’re in an emergency.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
This man was 10 minutes late. When he signed in for the telehealth session, I mentioned that I was on hold with Plush as I was not sure if anyone was going to join the session since this is my first time. He got very defensive and said "so what if I am only 10 minutes late. Are you that in a hurry". He had an evil look in his eyes. I then proceeded to tell him, if I am going to get penalized for being late, shouldn't you be sensitive to this issue and be on time or at least apologetic. He then stated "I don't care what you actually think." He then had the audacity to ask, what can I do today? I said absolutely nothing and left the session. I would rather get healthcare from my worst enemy than this man. POOR BEDSIDE MANNER AND RUDE. Just look at the other reviews on him. PLUSH: WHY ARE YOU LOWERING YOUR STANDARDS AND HIRING CONDESCENDING DOCTORS THAT LACK EMPATHY AND A SOUL? NEVER AGAIN!!!!

WORST DR EVER
I had a 4:00 appointment on telehealth that he no showed me for. I waited for 30 mins, no call nothing. So I rescheduled (my mistake for rescheduling with same dr.) When I saw him at this telehealth appointment he was condescending and dismissive, telling me that insulin resistance and PCOS aren’t real and don’t cause weight gain, he repeatedly called me fat and told me I was choosing to be fat. I have eaten at a huge calorie deficit (600-900cal a day with working out) for 7 months and haven’t lost 1lb since having my son. He called me a drug seeker for asking for something to help with weightloss… then proceeded to tell me to EAT LESS. Less than 600 cals a day… and that I am fat because I’ve chosen to be. WORST ENCOUNTER WITH A “doctor” IVE EVER HAD. Reporting him. Please steer clear.

CONDESCENDING & RUDE
This is the worst “doctor” I have ever interacted with. Did not review my chart beforehand, didn’t want to listen to my symptoms and when I asked 2 questions he seemed annoyed. Very condescending and didn’t explain what medication he was prescribing. Did not spend more than 2 minutes on the telehealth call with me. Left me feeling very uneasy.

Condescending
He is a condescending and seemingly uncaring physician. I had a telehealth appointment with him and I tried to tell him about my symptoms (which he did not ask about) and he talked over me saying that my case was mild and he didn’t know what to tell me. He was not going to prescribe me anything for the cough and tried to hang up after the 30 second interaction but I stopped him and asked if I could please have something for the severe cough because I was in pain from the constant strain of coughing without stopping and nothing OTC has worked. He agreed sounding annoyed to have to do that, did not tell me what he was prescribing, and hung up. What he actually prescribed has an adverse reaction with a prescription I already take that was on my chart.
