I am thrilled and honored to be a patient of Dr. McDougall's. With his guidance, he has made me the navigator of my own healthcare. If he doesn't agree with something, he will talk to me about it and tell me why. We then come to an agreement about what is acceptable for both of us. I love that he is a plant-based physician, and understands how imperative a healthy way of eating is. I have never had another physician even bring up nutrition over the years. "Let Food Be Thy Medicine". Under Dr. McDougall's care, I have lost quite a bit of weight, brought my cholesterol into normal levels (and below), blood pressure is normal, AIC is normal, no more fibromyalgia pain, and most of all I feel like I am healing my heart. All I can say is THANK YOU! Everyone should be so fortunate to have him for their PCP!
