I was very impressed with our treatment this time. The doctor came in to check on both my daughter and myself and was happy to go over any test results or questions I might have had. Our usual experience is that we see the physician at the beginning of our visit and that is it. Both the nurse and the doctor we had were extremely attentive and checked on her multiple times throughout her [service]. Both the nurse and the doctor showed caring and understanding. I was very impressed. It was the best visit we have had since she has started her treatments have started well over a year ago. I was also impressed at the level at which the nurse followed the treatment plan including having child life and music therapy present. I hope to have more of the same experiences in the future.

The dr was excellent!!! He was so personable and listened to everything we had to say. He was very informative and made my daughter feel very comfortable while talking about her sport.. the staff was also wonderful and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend to family and friends!! A BIG thank you again to the dr and staff

Caroline RN was awesome and went above and beyond during our visit. As always, the staff in heme onc is just amazing.

The entire team goes above and beyond for my daughter, if I have to say names I would have to be there as they all are so wonderful. Taylor is very special to my daughter. Dr Craig is always so engaging and open and fallow up on even things that I forgot. Lady Pamela [NAME] is simply great. The truth is I have never had a nurse staff that did not go above and beyond. Truly professionals and very caring team, I just can't thank them enough. I am away from Fran so am sorry I can't remember all the ladies names, I will write all names on my next visit. Great with little kids! Not only does he talk to you as a parent but talks to your child. My daughter has taken his pens from his pocket and he just laughs and says good thing I have lots of pens. We appreciate that humor and kindness. We love all the staff we've worked with. Nurses. Child life too.

Dr. Mc Arthur has become one of my favorite doctors he's such a awesome human being. You can tell he's very passionate about what he does. He does it with so much love and care. Making patient feeling like they're receiving the best of the best care.

It's like being in heaven where all the team members are angels. There is a moment before getting there that you worry then once your in the office the treatment is like seeing Family.From front desk to nurses and doctors. Everyone that has come in contact with [NAME] treats him like a prince. We as parents feel very blessed to have caring people take care of him and us during difficult times. Doctors are always well aware of his needs because the nurses are wonderful at communicating. When admitted it was the hardest thing not knowing what could happen and being separated from family but they all made sure we felt at home. This team is the best that has ever happened to us coming here was the best decision. I am very thankful for all the patience and love they show ever visit ever admission and ever call to my son, I hope they realize that they made this much easier and much more love was found in the process. Thanks to them [NAME] will grow and know to return this unconditional love
