Telehealth
I’ve been seeing Dr. Lubin since 2009. He is a great doctor. He explains my procedures and results thoroughly. He always takes his time with me whether I’m there in person or an telehealth call. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Lubin!

Clear understanding of patient history. Best advice to chronically problems and recent changes. Provide solution to adapt patient’s needs. Minimize medical costs without reducing effectiveness.

Dr. Lubin has been my dr. For over 30 years. He is as good as a doctor gets. His staff over the years has never failed to amaze me. They never miss a beat, but that pretty much goes for Dr. Lubin’s entire operation. Great job always. JC

Awesome Doc
Always very upbeat and positive. Very confident presentation. Was recommended to me years ago by another very trusted physician of mine. Was said to be the best gastric doc in Austin at the time. I have had 2 colonoscopies and 1 EGD with Dr. Lubin. Plays good music when you are about to go under.

Colonoscopy experience
The endoscopy center in nw Austin runs like a well-oiled machine. Efficiency and precision are their goals but I was never made to feel like a number. From the front desk staff to the discharging nurse, everyone made me feel like I was their only concern. This was my third procedure and I’ll be returning for the fourth in 2 years. I can’t recommend Dr. Lubin and the staff he employs more highly.

The best doctor
Dr. Lubin had been my gastro for several years, and I am always amazed how knowledgeable he is, and how he explain, and his certainty. But must important it is the quality of the human being he is. He always demonstrates kindness and patience, and that it’s so important for us as patients since sometimes we are going through health problems. I think he is the best in his field and I trust him 100%. I am very blessed that he is my doctor. I am very Thankful.

Dr. Lubin and his staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and sensitive to their patients as they navigate gastrointestinal issues.The staff at the infusion and endoscopy clinics are wonderful as well. I have never had a negative experience with this provider in the 8 years I have been going to this practice.

Excellent Medical Service
Dr. Craig Lubin is an excellent listener, leaving the patient with the confidence that they are getting the best medical attention possible. I have been with Dr. Lupin for a few years. He has been helping me with my esophagus problems that come along with my autoimmune disease. There is NO ONE l trust to see me through this. The Best
I have been seeing Dr. Lubin for 18+ years and have referred my entire family to him. He is the best, but many times have had a hard time getting through to his office and receiving return calls. Be persistent.

It is always a Good Day when I see Dr. Lubin. He has years of experience and makes me feel at ease. He has helped me in the past. During my most recent visit, he gave me a much needed plan to treat the GI problems I am having now.

Simply the Best!
Dr Lubin is one of the few doctors left with an incredible bedside manner. He makes sure you’re comfortable and cared for during the whole process. His staff is great and you can tell they all enjoy working together. I wish I could go to him for all my “issues”. I highly recommend Dr. Lubin and his practice.
