Disappointed in the process of our med system
Saw him in October 2024...for initial cause of lower back pain. He was ~ 20 minutes late to see me in the exam room. Misdiagnosed me with the following in my chart: 'I did review the above with Michael. We had a lengthy discussion regarding history, diagnosis, and treatment. He has iliolumbar strain and discogenic low back pain.' The only part of that which is right is discogenic. He saw me for 20 minutes, then when i asked him to look at my shoulder, he basically wouldn't do it and walked out of the room. All i needed was PT. Received two bills from Hysni for office visit PT eval $511 and getting xrays for $421. I'm okay with the X-rays bill, but $511 for 20 minute visit and he wouldn't look at my shoulder because i am only allowed to see him for 1 ailment at a time?? WOW! What a racket. I just wanted to slip for PT, but my primary wouldn't give me one without seeing this guy first. I'm better now after PT. Turned out to be a bulging herniated disk and swollen nerves.

Compassionate doctor
I was referred to Dr. Hysni because of suspected carpal tunnel pain in my wrist and arm. Dr. Hysni was very kind and compassionate and caring. He has a great positive bedside manner that put me at ease immediately. He administered all the nerve tests himself and I felt only minimal discomfort. My experience with the doctor was very uplifting and enlightening. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a good rehabilitation specialist.

So happy with my results from therapy after being convinced that cervical fusion was my only option. Dr Hysni was absolutely wonderful!
