Dr. Cender, I trust him
I have had my last 3 colonoscopies with Dr. Cender. Because I am at high risk I have had 6 total over past 11 years. I have complete trust in him,,he is personable, Clear communicator & most importantly keeps me healthy. The procedure is relatively easy breezy and gives me peace of mind. Dr. Cender gets 5 stars from me.

Very unpleasant visit. 1: changed the appointment time without consulting with me. 2: Cender gave me a hard time because I had postponed the visit due to Covid right before the procedure. 3: Was assured this was a preventive procedure and totally covered by insurance. Checked with Blue Cross and the their office. After the visit I got a bill for $ 1500. The procedure was now a diagnostic and only partially covered. I was 2 months away from getting Medicare and would have waited. Dishonest people. Never again.

I went in for my first colonoscopy on Friday. Dr. Cender came in, introduced himself, and went over all the procedure. He then asked if I had any questions. I did, and he was very patient and thorough in answering. He then asked if I minded if he prayed for guidance in the procedure. I could not have asked for a better physician to have. I'm very impressed with him, and if I have any problems gastrointestinal related I will definitely be going back to see him. Thankful!

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. cender. His entire staff was friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about my condition and explained it well. We discussed a game plan to help control my problems. His concern for me before my procedure was heartfelt and sincere. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an excellent doctor.

After I had been waiting over 90 minutes to see Dr. Cender, he sauntered in with no acknowledgement of how long I had been waiting. His general attitude was smug. Waited over a month to be filled in on my test results, which I only ever even received after calling the office 3 times. Never going back.
