The office staff was very friendly and the office manager was very knowledgeable - helped me navigate with our insurance company. Dr Brandner amazing - took time to explain everything and was very very knowledgeable as well. Helped me when others could not

After having my tooth looked at via dentist I was referred to a surgeon. Dr. Brandner did an amazing job helping me become pain-free with no need for pain medication. If I ever need another procedure done, It will definitely be with Dr Craig Brandner!!

My dentist referred me to Dr Brandner one week ago for a tooth extraction. I contacted his office to set up my appointment. Was given a time and date and told I would be required to pay $95 cash for my visit and $107 for any X-ray. I arrived, filled out my new patient forms, only then was told Medicare wasn’t accepted and it would be a cash pay which didn’t work for me. I now know to ask if Medicare is accepted but it should be a qualifier when his office is scheduling new patients. A easy question would have saved us both time and money.

Everything was explained to me in advance of my appointment. Office staff was wonderful. Dr. Brandner was very educated and funny. Loved his personality.....Surgery went as expected and insurance paid as stated. Best experience ever.

Dr. Craig Brandner was amazing. He spent a lot of time with me to explain what needed to be done. He is very caring and funny. My friend recommended him and I am so grateful. His staff went above and beyond with letting me know about my insurance. Thank y'all for a great couple of visits.

From the start of meeting Dr. Brandner and his staff things went very well. His staff explained everything in detailed on how my insurance would cover the procedure because part would be billed under my medical plan and the other part under my dental plan. Dr. Brandner was gentle and made me feel very much at ease before, during and after my procedure. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Everything was explained in detail from this office. I didn’t know what to expect when scheduling but the office staff was great!! Dr. Brandner was so sweet and explained everything. Insurance was explained in detail!! Love this place!!

Horrible billing practice that misquoted cost of first visit. Also told me my insurance was within network when it was not.

Everything went better than I could have expected. Dr. Bradner and staff were wonderful. Dr. Bradner explained everything in detail about the treatment. Insurance was a bit tricky but the office staff rushed everything and was able to get approval for this. Best experience I could have ever expected.

Patient beware.....if I could leave zero stars I would. I have no complaint on the procedure. Medical side of the visit was fine. My complaint is with the lack of disclosure on which insurance plan they would bill - dental or medical because Dr. Brandner was in network. They did the insurance verification however they did NOT submit the claim after the procedure. We received monthly bills from them and we had to deal with the insurance company. It was ridiculous. After many, many months of going back and forth, knowing that we were trying to get this straightened out they put us in collections!!!!!! Horrible!!!! Worst experience we have ever had with medical billing. DO NOT USE!

Patient beware..... I have no complaint on the medical procedure and ability to resolve the issue. Medical side of the visit was fine. never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. My complaint is with the lack of disclosure on which insurance plan they would bill - dental or medical because Dr. Brandner was in network for one insurance but not the other. Thus, be sure to ask which insurance the office will be billing because you could be left with a significant surprise bill that 2-3 times the expected cost.

I have total confidence in Dr. Brandner. I was very nervous about my procedure and his friendly gentle manor put me at ease. The staff was personable, insightful and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Brandner for any oral surgery procedures.

I highly recommend Dr Brandner’s office. His staff is very polite and courteous. Dr Brandner is very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. From my initial consultation to the final aftercare visit I was very comfortable with the care I received.

Had nothing but problems with this this dentist staff (They are incompetent and rude). They call and cancel appointments. Then try and change you $700+ dollar missed appointment fee. Even when I pointed this out and give them the voice mail they left me. They refused to correct the billing. They don't know how to properly bill insurance also. They could care less about the care of a patient, or customer. Go to a better dentist!

Surgery recovery was amazing, however nurse was extremely rude. Didn’t introduce herself, practically threw the laughing gas mask on me, and even dropped the f bomb in the room. Wouldn’t go back specifically because that experience made me extremely uncomfortable.

Office staff lied about insurance, saying he was in network when he was not. I found out after paying the consult fee. Was told the reason for the consult was to check into the insurance coverage.

Dr. Brandner and his staff are excellent! I was in a lot of pain and they worked me in the same day. I highly recommend them.

I was so happy to find Dr. Brandner! The staff and Dr. Brandner are fantastic. This is the first time I have never felt pain after surgery. I was truly amazed. This was such a pleasant experience.

Dr. Bradner was amazing I have to say! I was scared -- I have dental anxiety to begin with. He put me at ease and when I had post opt issue he fit me right in... right away... and I left feeling so so much better, and when I went in I was almost in tears! After repacking the areas, it made a huge difference so far! Hoping it lasts all weekend so I don't have to worry about it.

Dr. Brandner and his staff are excellent! I can't say enough about them, from the initial appointment to follow up care and everything in between. They put your health and safety first! Very knowledgeable, competent and friendly. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else in the future!
