Dr. Courtney Jones, DO

We have been visiting Dr. Jones since early 2018 and have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She does not pressure you to do anything you are uncomfortable with, always sees sick patients the same day and always makes you feel important.

Dr. Jones and staff have been incredible since my interview with her when I was pregnant. She did my sons circumcision and visited him daily while we were in the hospital. The staff in office is very friendly and I appreciate that they break up the day between well visits and sick visits in order to keep healthy kids healthy. The office is clean and colorful which is nice for the little ones. Dr. Jones is kind and patient and always answers my questions as a first time mom without making me feel rushed. I would not trust another pediatrician with my child.

HI - I didn't even have a great experience during my initial May 2019 visit, as I waited over 2 hours in a semi-clean and dismal waiting room (and waited another 45 minutes in the office I was assigned to with my new born). I was practically in tears after waiting almost 3 hours before finally seeing the Dr. After almost two years since having last visited her office relates to a billing issue that has just been brought to my attention. Even though Dr. Jones' office immediately scanned and copied my drivers license and insurance card during my first visit to the office (May 2019), the office informed me last month (February 2021), ALMOST TWO YEARS LATER - that they never received my insurance information and are now require my direct payment for services rendered in May 2019. **My insurance agent advised me that this was bad business, and as an in network provider the responsibility to collect payment from the insurance company in a timely matter was with the Doctor's office.**
