Yesterday during the work time I was rushed to Overlake hospital ER by ambulance due to violent abdominal pain. When I regained my consciousness, it's Dr. Heidelberger who greeted me and asked how I felt. He offered not only medical care but personal attention as well - he asked if I felt hungry and brought water and snacks over. When you lying down in the ER. room, wandering if you are going to live or die, it's Dr. Heidelberger made me feel like a human and treated with kindness - forever grateful. I also have to mention a young female worker, I don't learn her name. She's attention to details touches me: she probably noticed me shivering underneath a thin sheet, so she brought me two warm blankets ;p
