One of the best OBs I’ve ever had!!!!
I absolutely loved her, I did have Dr. McIntosh and they was HORRIBLE!!! She was my Dr and became my friend and was always so kind and supportive on how I was doing. I was a high risk pt and had diabetes and PCOS, she listened to me and got down to the root of the problems I was having and I lost a friend who was having similar issues to me and I was so scared I’d face her same fate. Dr Cabell assured me that wasn’t going to be the same for me and she took me in emergency surgery and delivered my son and we are both happy and healthy. If it wasn’t for her there is a big possibility that neither my son or I would be here today. Thank God for her!

She rush through appointments, will be going out the door before you can ask her anything, unless you’re having pre op appointment, that’s the only time she’ll listen and answer questions. I don’t recommend her.

I absolutely love Dr. Cabell!! She is friendly, gets to know her patients, cares for them and listens to you. She has been my OB for 8 years. She took care of me when I had a miscarriage. I moved away for a few years and seen others and they weren’t as great as she is. Moved back when I was pregnant with my youngest and she delivered her. I’ve had 3 surgery’s with her and she does a great job caring for you. For the last 2 years I’ve had a lot of issues with painful, heavy periods and fibroids. I went in when I couldn’t take it anymore , she listened to my problems, ran all the test need, found some other issues and I ended up having a hysterectomy in October. I’ve never felt better and it’s because of her.

She was horrible. She was the worse doctor ever. She didn’t care and rushed every visit. She missed two test while I was pregnant and blamed me. She was late to most of my visits. I wouldn’t recommend her.

This Dr. suggested a hysterectomy to "fix" my heavy/irregular menstrual cycle "issue". I did not agree. I am currently taking a prescription to regulate my cycle and my precious organs are intact!

I wish I had found her sooner. She answered all my questions and took the time to explain everything she would be doing with my complete hysterectomy. She always comes in with a beautiful smile and takes great care of you. Couldn't have asked for a better surgeon.

After 10 years of heavy periods, abnormal bleeding and alot of pain...I got a referral from a friend and went to see Dr. Cabell. She ran the usual tests and recommended a total hysterectomy. I was fortunate to not have any complications, and so it was done laparoscopic. I feel like a new person! I have no pain, I was back at work after 2 weeks. I listened to the advice for recovery and I feel fantastic! I am so glad I found a Doctor that understood and could empathize with my issues!!

I wish I had found Dr. Cabell sooner!! Dr. Cabell is an excellent OB/GYN and surgeon. She was able to diagnose and treat my condition that previous doctors ignored. She treated me with respect, and as if I were her number one patient every time I saw her. Dr. Cabell was able to present several treatment options, explain all of the options to me, and was forthright about my condition. Her unwavering confidence and knowledge helped me feel assured when deciding to proceed with surgery. Dr. Cabell

I have read the other reviews on here and I have been a patient of Dr. Cabells for almost five years. Yes, she may only be in the room for a few minutes, but during the time she is in the room she listens to every concern I may have, answers any of my questions, and goes over any test results. She is always smiling and laughing. She truly cares about her patients. Some days you may have a longer wait, sometimes that’s because she is delivering a baby, but I promise, she is worth the wait.

My first pregnancy and I thought she was a great doctor. I didn't wait too long, she got straight to the point, and if I had questions she answered them. I enjoyed going to my appointments. If I have anymore children I'll definitely come back to Dr.Cabell!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Cabell?
She is a very cold and unprofessional. She doesn't care about her patients or spend enough time in the room with her patients for you to even ask her a question. She didn't go over any of my test results with me. Also, she was late for every appointment I had with her and I mean 30+ minutes every time. She didn't seem very interested in how I was doing or feeling or things I was concerned about.

She is not a people person, always late, and shows no care or concern with her patients. In and out of the room in 3 minutes or less. She doesn't discuss any tests with you, you have to ask about your results and then she gives you a short answer and starts heading for the door. She doesn't seem like she is passionate about her job which in turn made me uncomfortable and made me leave and find a better doctor. Also she gets irritated if you don't want to get unnecessary tests done.

Dr. Cabell is horrible. my first appointment and she did an ultra sound and it showed that I was less than 5 weeks pregnant (that's a guess because she didn't tell me how far along I was), she didnt do any blood work , and left my husband and I with a response ofall I see is a sac, it may or may not change but I don't want to see you for another two weekswhen I called back later with concern of not getting blood work done, they said cabell didn't feel the need to already miscarried once before

Dr Cabell was very quick to get in and out of patient room, spending maybe 3 min with you. She would be out before you could even ask a question. My daughter became pregnant while already dealing with high blood pressure so of course pregnancy made it worse. Dr Cabell on the last visit (after multiple times dealing with high BP) said she was happy with her BP...when I questioned her on how she could be happy with it the only thing she said was I have been doing this a long time ...so? she was
