This practice canceled my appointment in violation of their own stated policy. Charged me double the stated cancellation fee and didn't pick up the phone, respond on email or their own message system. Left a sick person without any help or medicine and billed them for it

Terrible Communication, Refused to Help

They cancelled my appointment 18 hours before it's time completely against their own policies. Then charged me double their own "cancellation fee" for canceling on me, leaving me suicidal without any medication. Then they refused to answer any calls or messages until 3 hours after my appointment when they called to tell me they decided not to help me. This practice is literally a scam

Though I am relatively new patient and have had only a few appointments with Dr. Beck, and usually don’t write reviews, but I felt a need to say following about Dr. Beck and his staff. Dr. Beck is compassionate, genuine,knowledgeable and intelligent. He is very thorough and listens very patiently and gets all the details. He took his time in getting to know me and my medical/family history during my first visit. Not for a second did I feel rushed. Lisa is very kind, helpful and efficient. I am very grateful that I found Dr. Beck and trust that he can help me to get back to my “normal” life quickly!
