Dr is nice, But the office manager seems to always have an excuse when it comes to finding out results. It's always "Oh, we never got the results sent over. I knew last year there would be an excuse so before visiting, I had them fax and mail the results. I visited 2 weeks later and she said she didn't receive them. Her desk is always a cluttered mess... no wonder she can't find anything. If you choose to visit good luck. Not worth the stress.

Dr. Cheatam is very good. She is understanding and Considerate but her staff is awful. One women was on the phone with me and was talking to me like I was stupid plus she gave me so much attitude for no reason. Dr. Cheatam should find a better staff because they are bringing her down professionally.

This used to be a great docter. I don't know what went wrong but, it's awful she doesn't give attention to patients always in a rush, doesn't remember anything. It gets worse with the staff they can never find any test results, keep you on hold forever, office manger is always on the phone chatting away with who knows. It's a beautiful office but horrible service they need to get it together!!

Staff was AWFUL, had to park 2 blocks away. I got there 12 min late and was turned away! Paperwork is done on computer ONLY. You have to enter it before your visit or you CAN NOT see the doctor. Every step of the way was a problem, I have never been treated so poorly AND unprofessionally at a doctors office in my life! Asked for office manager, I got Sandy who passed the call to Kyra, who refused to help, put me on hold and disconnected me. What kind of a doctor allows this in her office...

Dear All ladies patience Please avoid to visit this Dr. Cheatam for your treatment. I have very bad experience of Doctor and her staff. I have done my blood work for some issue and never get any result discussion from Doctor. She don't spend enough time with patience for their need. He staff is very rude & whenever you called doctor, the rude receptionist never transfer to doctor. After 4 weeks of blood work , Doctor don't gave me an appointment to discuss my case or discuss on the phone.

i liked the doctor but she was so quick in a hurry with the exam, then i had a mamo done at a radiology place, i tried to get results which the office staff said the radiology didnt give it to them, then i called another time it was excuse after excuse, we have to have the doctor give it to you. no one ever calls. then i call again, the office manager has to call you in two days that never happened, then we are short staffed for the holidays for two weeks! this mamo was redone bec of a lump..

I first met her thru my pregnancy. At first, I was scared but she made me feel so comfortable and always explained everything to me. I loved my experience thete, so I stuck with her even after my child. They do go by appointment though so if you think going a little earlier to cut your waiting time is not worth it. Overall she's an awesome an sweet doctor!
