Dr. Conrad Tseng, MD

I visited Dr. Tseng about unexplained, sudden weight gain and my thyroid levels. I found him to be lacking in professionalism, bedside manner and an openness to listening to me as a new patient and my concerns. He entered the examination room, sat down and started reading my chart without introducing himself. Who does that? I explained my concerns. He seemed either bored or uninterested. I gained several pounds in just 2-3 months. I am not obese or overweight. However, the weight gain is unexplainable and outside my consistent normal until that point. Dr. Tseng's response was that my BMI was in a normal range and therefore didn't offer any explanations or possible solutions. I seemed to get the sense that he thought I was there for a GLP-1 prescription, which I was not. But he didn't even ask as much. I don't think a person needs to be extremely sick in order to have sudden health changes taken seriously and scrutinized. I do not recommend him. He was unhelpful and rude.

Dr. Tseng has been treating me for 10 years for my thyroid disorder. He is caring and precise and always answers any questions or concerns I have.

I wished I would have read the reviews before I made my appointment. Dr. Tseng acted like I was more of a inconvenience than new patience. Never have I been treated with such arrogance. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. He asked me no questions, never commented on my concerns. He just could not be bothered. You would think he would have introduced himself and asked me what brings me to his office or even who referred him. With all his so called 21 years of experience you would think he would have at least learned some bedside manner and showed some interest. I thought because he was younger he'd be on the cutting edge. The only edge this guy is on is edge of indifference.

It has been a long time since I've had the experience of having such a caring doctor...Not one that just hands you a prescription but one who looks to discover the underlying problem. He definitely goes the extra mile for his patients. Highly recommend him and feel very grateful he is handling my medical needs and finding assisting in finding the underlying problem that needs to be addressed.

Dr. Tseng is upfront, honest and looks for his patients best interest. He is the type of Doctor who will work with you in what is the best treatment plan. I am so happy I found him!

I left my GP's office because they referred me to Dr. Tseng. Dr. Tseng was visibly ill, coughing and snorting, didn't use soap on his hands & his phlebotomist doesn't use gloves. For a thyroid disorder he didn't order a complete thyroid panel and showed little interest in the history of the disease. I paid in full for this exam in November which left me sick the following day & 8 months later he's sent me to collections for a paid in full bill. The absolute worst doctor I've ever seen.
