Top notch physician. Technically excellent and knowledgeable yet focused on the patient's needs and best interest. Friendly and with friendly attentive and competent staff.

Dr. McCutcheon and his staff showed outstanding concern for my health problems and genuine interest in diagnosing them. They showed me on a monitor where the problems were located using sophisticated equipment and how to best treat them. They listed all the medications I should use for the next 3 weeks and then return to evaluate how much I improved and suggest what we should do in the future. I never had such a comprehensive program laid out before. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and the amount of detailed information they provided me. I highly recommend them.

From my first phone call to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with friendliness and a willingness to meet my immediate needs. Dr. McCutheon was thorough in assessing and testing and asked me questions, as well as, being interested in my questions! I had been dealing with illness for 3 weeks, before my first appointment, but continued to have trouble with ear infections. Dr. M has me on effective medications and I am recovering as I had hoped!! I am so thankful!! Additionally, I had my hearing tested, and have answers for my hearing loss and tinnitus issues!!I also was treated with respect and all staff were friendly!! Lastly, I LOVED the fish tank!!

I had some critical questions re. a recent MRI. Dr. McCutcheon thoroughly reviewed my results & answered all my questions. I felt I was in the best hands. I would highly recommend.

Dr. McCutcheon and his team are great. I feel more comfortable that my hearing is being cared for and my allergies are greatly abated. Dr. McCutcheon spent a fair amount of time explaining things to me which helps me know what steps to take to prevent future issues.

I will never go to a different ENT. Dr McCutcheon did sinuplasty surgery on me, a month ago. He is extremely knowledgable and explains everything in detail. His entire staff is very personable and efficient. He walked me through each step of the surgery, and his staff made me feel secure and comfortable. This is the first time in a good 20 years, I feel like I can really breathe. I went to a previous ENT doctor, before seeing Dr. McCutcheon. There is no comparison. I will recommend him!!!

My visit today with Dr. McCutcheon was very good. The entire staff I encountered was polite and professional. I was out in a reasonable time. The office is working with current technologies and efficiency. The office is clean and quiet.
