Dr. Duncan and NP Sondra Barker CRNP provided an excellent level of patient centered care. Both health care professionals are highly recommended for their expertise and empathic care.

I received excellent care from Dr Duncan as well as his staff …everyone was kind and courteous and was able to address all my concerns.

Dr. Duncan is expert in what he does. He is in high demand so there is often a reasonable wait. My actual exams with him, though are quick yet thorough. He offers concise explanations for informed decisions. This makes me feel like I have a valuable health partner and ally. He is very personable so I feel at ease. My other benefit is Sondra Barker CRNP who is equally thorough and fantastic. His office staff set the tone with positive warm energy. I highly recommend Dr.Duncan and his team.

First visit to Dr. Duncan. He was very thorough as he asked me questions about my symptoms, listened to me, and answered my questions. I felt seen, heard, and respected. He discussed all options with me, and I did not feel pushed in any one direction. Only drawback was hour wait past the appointment time before he got to me.

Felt very comfortable with him. Explained everything so I understood. Highly revommend.

My surgery went well, next thing I know I’m done and ready to go home. His stuffs are very professional and doing what they need to do, like taking care of the patient.

He was a back up surgeon and I’m a tad concerned about my recovery. My original surgeon planned on doing my hysterectomy going through my navel but Duncan went through vaginally. I wasn’t prepared for the after care of a vaginal procedure. Also, he prescribed a pain medication that couldn’t be filled anywhere but the hospital pharmacy. He didn’t want to hear me say that he blamed the pharmacy instead of just sending in another prescription of a comparable medication. I don’t have anything else I could say but the recovery staff wouldn’t listen to me until I was hysterical about the pain and not being able to breathe. Not a pleasant experience.

Dr Duncan has been my Urogynecology for almost 20 years. I trust my life with him. Love him to bits

It’s a professional and friendly atmosphere. He takes your illness very personal & treating you make you feel safe & like family. In the beginnings I felt like I was being used as a Guinea pig however Dr. Duncan took the time to reassure of my treatment & the reason. Dr. Duncan did not let me leave his office that day without an apology &understanding that I was important & was treated as his #1 patient. I thank God that he put me in the best of hands. Yes I would recommend Dr. Conrad Duncan to the world.

Not good. My surgery was done July of 09 by Dr. Conrad Duncan at Franklin Square Hospital Center. I I had bladder repair and a rectocele by him. He sewed my vagina opening so small, which should not of been part of the surgery. Had to go to a different doctor to reopen. Also the rectum that was supposed to be repaired was so tight and not fixed that when I went to evacuate my bowl or expel gas, I still had to press on the perineum area. I also had to have an urethral sling by another doctor after he lifted my bladder with mesh because when I coughed would pee. I gave great thought and a lot of time before writing something, for I wouldn't want someone else to go through what I went through.

Dr Duncan is amazing. Im going to be blunt. Hes like a mechanic for the female system. He exams the situation, diagnoses and tells you how he can help fix the issue. Simple as that. I had a major surgery done by him and wouldnt have trusted anyone else to to deal with my complicated issues. He is down to earth and a true professional. I highly reccomend him.

Very nice and respectable doctor. Adminstrative is questionable. Office loose paper work and quality of care are questionable regarding his assistant, unfriendly. They are passive to his assistant bad behavior. Change to another office to lessen drama and stress.
