I love going to see him he makes me feel comfortable, sometimes I get a little nervous but he takes that away.

First of all, we found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. As for Dr. Chan, both my husband and I have been treated by him and have confidence in his decisions and ability. We plan to continue to use him after he moves into his new facilities.

Dr. Chan is great but his office staff is horrible. I had an appointment at 3:00 and they chose to see other patients with appointments at 4 before me. When I said something, I was told to sit down and wait my turn. I will not be back because of the office staff.

Dr. Chan himself is an amazing doctor. His office staff and more specifically Mary, his office manager is extremely rude and condescending and because of her we will not be back
