Primary Care
Dr.Miele- she has probably seen and heard it all- she is not phased as a health care provider by much. This comes with the years of experience she has. With that said- she appears short and unapologetic or compassionate about her care but I do believe if there were concerns she would address them immediately. To me she checks a box I need her to check. I need a physical form or a vaccine (check and check). For any real concerns that my kids have I see specialist for- I don’t require referrals but there office is good for that too.

The worst
Did not listen, very hostile, and gave a false diagnosis. Honestly the worst doctor I have ever had the pleasure to meet. GRADE F. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO HER.

Happy with care received
Dr. Miele has always been prompt, thorough and kind in all of my interactions with her when I’ve brought my kids in. We have always seen Dr. Miele for a sick visit (ear infections, croup, etc.). I always feel like my kids are in good hands with her.

My experience at Park Pediatrics was terrible. I have twin 5-year old boys and when my wife and I arrived for the appointment, we were told only one parent could attend. We have TWO kids, with TWO separate appointments - we requested 2 rooms and one parent would represent each child. We were told that this can't happen, the appointments are combined because they are in the same family, and because of COVID. There is no explanation for combining appointments other than "because of COVID." We have TWO kids who each need a parent for their check-up. The Dr's here should be ashamed of the way this practice operates. I will NEVER back to this practice

I called in the morning and made an appointment with Dr. Miele for the evening for my son, who had an ear ache. I was happy that she was available on such short notice because we take all 4 of our kids to her specifically. Dr. Miele is thorough with her exams and has superb bedside manner. I do not feel rushed while she is the room and she answered questions that i forgot to ask while in the exam room. She sincerely cares about my kids and I am thankful for the care she gives.
