Incompetent Staff
After my PCP faxed a referral for Dr Digman I followed up three times during the next two weeks each time receiving a different excuse on why we could not make an appointment. After two weeks I received a call from Accent Physician Specialists and was advised that Dr. Digman was not accepting new patients despite both her online presence and my health insurance company (Aetna) indicating the contrary. And, does it really take two weeks to figure out the doctor is not accepting new patients? Staff barriers and incompetence - not worth your time and effort.

I have used this doctor for over two years now and I have only see her twice. Every appointment is with her physician assistant. I would like to say I am ok with this but I am not. I am ok with every other time seeing assistance but not every 4 appointments only seeing dr. I feel all the assistant does is push additional pills.

I never GOT a visit after waiting over a week for an answer re: an appointment. The doctor concluded that my thyroid ultasound and blood work results deemed me to not be worth a visit. I had even written her a letter re: why I felt my meds might be wrong and spoke with the scheduling people who never called me back -I always had to call them - several times while it was being decided, apparently, if I was worthy of being seen! Very disappointing since I was willing to drive 2 1/2 hours to visit a "good" doctor!

Dr. Digman is a very kind and approachable physician. She is extremely knowledgeable, and I personally feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful Endocrinologist.

My husband and I are patients of Dr. Digman. She was originally working in a different office and she is such a wonderful and caring doctor that we followed her to her new location. We live in Tallahassee and drive down to see her twice a year. She cares about her patients and is always a very positive doctor to be around.
