Dr. Colleen Borelli, MD

I never got to chance to see Dr. Borelli. I've tried scheduling an appointment twice with her and she has canceled both within a week of the appointment happening. The office offered to reschedule, but I shared the feedback (politely) that this happened once already - and the receptionist hung up on me abruptly. I've never had a provider continue to cancel, and not really interested in seeing one who doesn't value my time either.

My wife visited Dr. Borelli for her first two pre-natal care visits. The whole experience was cold and the office was run like an assembly line. It doesn't matter how many pregnant women have gone through their office, they should treat each patient like they are special and their baby is special. Dr. Borelli spent very little time with my wife and seemed surprised when we asked her questions. Her answers to our questions were unhelpful and she suggested we read a medical textbook about childbirth instead of answering our questions directly. Nothing about seeing or hearing our baby for the first time was treated with care. When we heard our baby's heartbeat for the first time she just snapped the sound monitor on without letting us know it was happening. And then when I tried to record it she started talking about television. I don't have confidence that this office will care at all about my wife's desires for our child's birth. It will be just another procedure to them.

Dr. Borelli is a kind, knowledgeable, excellent doctor. She answered every question I had regarding my health. She asked about my professional and personal life. I shared I had an upcoming board exam. At my next appointment, she came in the room all smiles and asked if I passed. It was something small but it meant a lot. She is truly a caring, wonderful person. At the procedure I had this morning, she was excellent yet again. Kind and calm. I had concerns post-op and called the office, leaving a message. Within 5 minutes, she returned the call and spoke to me directly. She went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Borelli took the time necessary to listen as I explained my symptoms, was empathetic and kind, and conducted a thorough exam. She explained in detail the various treatment options for me as well, allowing me to make an informed decision about my health care. Dr Borelli addressed all of my emotional concerns too, and she was very easy to talk too. I trust her and I would highly recommend Dr. Borelli for all women’s health needs.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Borelli today. Dr. Borelli was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. She had not reviewed my chart which was 6 pages long and therefore did not now that the lump she felt and pointed out to me was already documented in my chart. I never got to ask questions. Overall a very negative experience.
