I had sinus surgery by Dr Pero and can no longer breath through my nose. The damage is irreparable. I've been to several ENT's and there is nothing they can do for me. I can't sleep more than 2 hours. The quality of my life is now terrible. I used to be active and owned my own business. Now that has all changed since this surgery. I can't recommend this doctor for sny surgery.

Dr Pero is awesome! He helped me with something that I had been battling for decades. I am glad that I found him and wish that I had gone to see him sooner.

Dr Pero has a great personality and very professional. He takes the time to hear your issue and come up with the best plan of action! He also has great referrals if needed.

Office is quiet and clean. Waiting time was short. Dr. Pero listened and understood my health issue. He explained the procedure, listed out potential risks, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Jennifer walked me through all the necessary steps to prepare for surgery. I feel good with Dr. Pero and his team taking care of my health issue.

My sinus surgery was terrible. I am worse now than before my surgery.

After a septo/rhinoplasty with nasal valve collapse my nose is exremely crooked. The grafts he used are visible from the front and sides. My nose is 3 times larger than it was. He agreed that he overprojected it, made it crooked, droopy and deformed. The worst part is that he performed a turbinate reduction and now my nose is very dry. I don't produce mucus any more. I can't sleep more than 3 hours now because the dryness wakes me up and I can't breath through my nose. I feel like I'm suffocating. Cold air causes peircing pain now when I breath. My life is completely different from before my surgery. I would not allow him to do any kind of nasal surgery on a loved one. Regarding the shape, I will need a revision. One of the doctors I consulted with afterwards explained that the grafts he used are too thick and poorly placed. It was very poorly done. Avoid surgery with this doctor. And don't let any doctor reduce your turbinates.

Breathing well is something so simple, yet we all likely take it for granted….until we no longer have it. I’m eternally grateful for Dr Colin Pero for restoring my breathing!!! Lots of happy tears here! It feels too good to be true! I had a previous surgery with a different dr 2.5 years ago that ended up being a nightmare. I ended up with no airflow on my right side, restricted airflow on the left side, a perforated septum & crooked nose. Dr Pero fixed my airflow & septal perforation & cosmetic issues I had. I feel like he put me back together again! Surgery was 4 weeks ago & I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Also Dr Pero is such a kind, patient, humble, caring & empathetic doctor. He was very patient with the million questions I had prior to surgery & explained everything in terms I could understand & I felt he was trustworthy. Trusting again was hard. But he earned my trust. I highly recommend him!

Dr Pero is truly the best! He’s always so personable, never seems stressed, and he never makes you feel rushed! Given his credentials, it’s amazing that he doesn’t pass off something as insignificant as cosmetic fillers to his nurses. That’s what I truly appreciate the most!

I've been a patient of Dr. Pero's for about 10 years now, and I'm planning on seeing him until he retires. He and his staff are all so friendly and helpful, and the office is run efficiently. In my experience (I work in healthcare), it's rare to have everyone from the front desk staff, nursing, and phone answering service all not only be pleasant to interact with, but also great at their jobs and communicate well so nothing falls though the cracks. I've had sinus and septum surgery, rhinoplasty, allergy testing and treatment, b0t0x, and fillers with Dr. Pero, and I've been extremely pleased with the results for each procedure. Dr. Pero provides natural looking results, and he is a kind, personable doctor too, which is important to me. I've recommended him to friends and will continue to do so because he is one of the best doctors I've encountered. Wait time is reasonable, office is clean, scheduling is easy, doctor and staff are accessible and promptly return calls.

Had turbinate reduction; Extremely pleased with ALL staff members (initial appointment through surgery). I was awake during the procedure but did not experience pain.

Dr. Pero and his staff are excellent. They have all been very helpful and timely from the beginning. I have never had to wait long to get an appointment. Most importantly, Dr. Pero did a fantastic job of repairing my deviated septum. Their audiology services have also been very good as I am in the process of getting my first hearing aids. I would highly recommend Dallas North ENT.

Wonderful physician. Skilled, caring and compassionate. Not to mention, brilliant. But also a good guy. Can't say enough good about him.
