Dr. Feeney is number one in my book. If he could practice in Fresno I would be more than happy as a patient once again within his care. Former patient Ivory Emerson

He is a primary doctor for several of my medical clients, if i can refer clients to his clinic I do because he is that good. He has a more conservative approach to some things but not all, but is fair, direct and honest if a client doesn't need a medication he wont prescribe it which is stellar in both my personal and professional opinion. But if a client has legitimate medical needs he is compassionate and does his best to help and so does his secretary Colleen. If i could put a stellar review about both of them I would.

Dr. Feeney has been my PCP for several years and I have been very satisfied with his care. He is a good listener, caring, concerned, and cooperative when I have requested referrals or prescriptions to aid my afflictions or to avert illnesses. I am very happy with Dr. Feeney's health care.
