Dr. Stern and her staff are very professional and I received wonderful care. If you are considering a breast reduction, I would think very carefully about your decision. I kept reading it would change my life and it has not. My breast reduction has not been as I had hoped. The reduction only resulted in decreasing one size and I am still self conscious, uncomfortable, and miserable. The recovery is absolutely brutal and if I had another chance I would not have had a reduction. It was not worth the cost and the pain.

Dr. Stern diagnosed diastasis of my abdomen (a 4.5' separation of the abdominal muscles), which was the result of an umbilical hysterectomy. She was able to suture my muscles back together, providing much needed core support and significantly alleviating lower back pain. I am forever grateful for her skill as a surgeon, as well as her caring attitude! She puts her patients needs first, ensuring that we are able to contact someone in the practice at any time and get a response within an hour or so (weekdays). Her nurses and office staff are all knowledgeable and helpful! Dr. Smith, the anesthesiologist, really listened to my concerns about nausea/vomitting post surgery and did everything possible to keep this from happening.....and it worked! This was, without a doubt, my best surgery experience ever! I am thrilled with the results and offer accolades to Dr. Stern and her wonderful staff! Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!

Dr. Stern and her staff are the absolute best in both skill and personability. I felt cared for from the first call, consult, all the way through my procedure and into aftercare. The staff/nurses/etc.. are all very caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Stern is also honest and does not try to sell you on things you do not need. My scar is almost non existent and she exceeded every expectation I had. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I am a Middle Eastern woman and, in all my years of living in the United States, I have never felt so belittled and disrespected by a doctor and her staff. I drove 65 miles to see this doctor, because of the good reviews; however, I was ostracized because I questioned their mask policy, even though I complied with their request to wear a mask. As soon as I expressed my view about masks not being effective to prevent transmission of COVID, they devised a plan to get rid of me. The doctor claimed my blood pressure was 194 over 87 and that she could not do anything for me. I almost burst out laughing when I heard 194 over 87, as I was feeling fine. I had absolutely no signs of high blood pressure. I came to the U.S for all the freedom it offers; unfortunately, nowadays we are losing our freedom of speech & freedom of expression. I was blacklisted becaus I questioned the effectiveness of wearing a mask. It is a shame that, of all people, a doctor is so simple & narrow minded.

Dissatisfied and disappointed. They were all friendly, but would not recommend her for male chest or gynecomastia related procedures. Lacked the experience and ability to know that I didn’t need chest liposuction, I needed reduction or tissue removal. They over promised, and I understand that results vary, but I expected at least a visible difference. I’m stuck paying for results that are almost identical to my how I looked already. The last thing that was incredibly frustrating was when I pointed out my disappointment and that my chest was a bit worse, she recommended I work out less, to which I said “no, when I don’t work out it’s even worse.” Ridiculous. Last bit of info, before going here I consulted with a place in Houston Texas. They said they wouldn’t do chest lipo on me, I didn’t know why so I took a chance here. Know I know why. Go out of town if you need something like this done or at least ask to look at a book of before and after images, don’t go in blind.

Dr. Stern and her staff are very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and would highly recommend them to anyone that is contemplating making a change.

Dr.Stern and her all-female surgical team are fantastic. They’re caring, professional, and give patients their undivided attention. Dr.Stern always went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that all of my questions were answered before my breast reduction/lift. After the surgery, I had an easy recovery and was ecstatic over the results. I felt like my breasts were finally proportional to my body. They were no longer massive or droopy, instead they looked how I had always envisioned.
