I have to wait for the actual doctor to book my visit. The receptionist is not able to so I must wait for Dr Knight to get back to me which NEVER happens!

The Dr herself might be top notch and well respected in her field...but the office staff is terrible. They act as if they are there for me instead of me being there for them. Someone should tell them that the most important person at the practice is the patient. The receptionist act as if she's doing you a favor. I waited while she was on her cell phone. Then she was eating while she was taking care of me. She told me outright that she will tell me when my next appointment is and that I can't or shouldn't tell her when I could come back. I heard the phone ringing and ringing and nobody picking up....which makes sense according to some of the other reviews.

I have been a patient of Dr. Knight for several years now. She has gotten my diabetes under control. Before meeting her, my diabetes was poorly controlled; at one point, I had an A!C of 13!!! Today my A1C is at 6.7 and continues to improve. Dr. Knight is an excellent physician who evaluates your treatment plan and modifies it accordingly. She cares and listens to you. I trust her expertise and have gotten my diabetes under control with her guidance.

Dr. Knight is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that can be understood. She answered all my questions and was one step ahead of me explaining things to me before I could ask her about them. I loved that she was not in a rush to change my dose if I did not need it. She welcomed my questions and even though she is very busy, I have not felt rushed with her at all. Her staff is nice and I never have to wait to be seen. Yesterday I left a message with the answering service, I got a callback and all is good.

She may be a great doctor....however the way she does business is terrible. The should be a law about a dr. not returning patients phone calls, or calling patients to tell them about the good or bad results of their lab tests. Very hard to get through to the office....either the phone rings and rings, or someone picks up then hands up.....or the call is transferred to a service to says to call back tomorrow. If I could give the medical practice zero stars I would !

I had such a hard time getting through to this office to make an appointment with Dr.Knight. After many weeks of trying I was finally able to get an appointment. The front desk was rude and I was standing in front of them for a good 3 minutes before they noticed I was in front of them to check in because they were on their phones. The MA was very nice but when the doctor came in I felt she was rushing and annoyed. I explained to her all my problems and why I was referred to her, I also told her how hard these past few months have been for me and she acted like my feelings were stupid and there was no reason to feel like that. After that she order labs and told me she’d get back to me once the results were in. I waited 2 weeks never received a call but I knew the results were back because I saw them in my chart so I called the office and was told they would send the doctor a message to call me back which never happened.

Dr.Knight is amazing! she is very thorough in her diagnosis, she is v.smart, knowledgeable, helpful and concerned about you.she personally calls & explains all the details and guides you in the right direction. I am fortunate to have her treat me. She is a wonderful human being with a beautiful soul.

Dr. Knight is the best all around doctor i have ever seen. She make herself available at all times. This doctor is very very smart. I am so glad my wife and myself are patients of this great woman of God. She loves her profession. The Best !! VALARIE AND JOHN BARNES

I highly recommend Dr. Knight, a caring doctor whatever the patients needs, highly knowledgeable and listen to her patients and has a very good memory. She will pick up your call and help at all times. What a God sent doctor an angel from heaven. Dr. Knight may you be blessed at all times.
